Joe Ahr,  Loan Processor

Joe handles many of the details involved with preparing our clients' files for underwriting.  He also assists with satisfying underwriting conditions and getting the files into our closing department.  Just a few of the tasks Joe is responsible for include obtaining needed documentation from clients, appraisers, title companies, realtors, cpa's and other parties, requesting questionnaires from condominium or homeowners' associations, submitting loans through our automated underwriting systems and insuring compliance.  Joe has a strong sense of urgency and excellent attention to detail.
